Mark has worked at international law firms in London, Europe and Hong Kong, where he became recognised as a leading lawyer in Private Equity, Corporate Finance and M&A. As an investment advisor, Mark has been a member of the investment committees at two international private equity firms where he specialized in primary investments and GP-led secondary investments.

Mark obtained an LLB (Hons) Law Degree from the University of Southampton.

Michelle Dias  

Portfolio Manager - Investment Advisory

Michelle is the Portfolio Manager for the Investment Advisory Desk at Kinetic and is part of the Investment Committee. She has over a decade of experience working with Swiss and American private boutiques, where she was responsible for advising High Net Worth (HNW) Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, Family Offices and Financial Institutions on their cross-asset allocation. Her approach is transparent, and client focused, using the latest systematic and quantitative technology to advise on appropriate strategic asset allocation and new investment theses.

Michelle has a degree in Economics and Finance (cum laude honors) and an MBA from Hult International Business School where she was awarded the ‘Women in Business’ scholarship. She is a CFA Level III candidate.

Sriaansh plays a key role in the investment advisory team and is particularly skilled at technical analysis and charting where he leverages his understanding of price action, chart patterns and trends to predict market movements and entry/exit points. By integrating technical analysis into traditional portfolio and risk management frameworks, Sriaansh is able to provide valuable insights to clients and drive investment strategies.
